DHL Express, Inc. Training & Recruitment Executive in Qatar


  • To plan, develop, deliver and implement training initiatives that will ensure all DHL staff have the necessary training and skills to meet both individual job requirements and business performance needs

  • To deliver staff training programs that meet the needs of the DHL staff and business strategy

  • To measure the effectiveness of the training programs implemented , through the learning results achieved and return on investment

  • To conduct the training needs analysis that enables the scheduling of training programs to fit the needs of the individual and business strategy

  • update training records for all staff in the format specified in a timely and accurate manner

  • Responsible for the recruitment process to recruit the required number of employees, with the required skills, at the required time

  • Use selection methodology for employees in assigned grades that enables DHL to test the candidate‚Äôs ability and match, such as structured interviews, behavioral based questions and psychometric tools

  • Manage the new start process to ensure that all new hires are provided the starters kit and Pre-joining packs, to ensure smooth settling in of the new hire with all information maintained so that various requests can be addressed immediately to ensure they move within the shortest possible time

  • Assist & advising managers and executives in using different interviewing techniques to ensure a high quality of standard is achieved.
