We are looking for someone who is dependable to their core and who has the grit and tenacity to show up and work hard even when the going is tough. Our Advisors play a critical role at DHL Express, providing award winning customer service to our valued customers (existing and new); some of the things you'll be talking to customers about includes the booking of shipments, tracking of shipments and investigating complex customer enquiries…….and much more.
Enjoy turning a tough situation around when things have gone wrong for a customer?
Effectively manage multiple responsibilities in a very busy environment?
Have excellent skills in written and interpersonal communication?
Have proficiency in MS Office ?
Work well in a team environment (always positive no matter the circumstances?)
